"Jack of All Trades"

"Deacon"
David Hunter and wife Betty Hunter

There are unsung hero's in all our churches. They may not receive recognition as a preacher, teacher, Sunday school director, youth leader or musician, but no church could function without those who make sure all the material aspects of church are taken care of. David Hunter has been with me for 20 years and has proven his loyalty to my ministry. Although now confined to a wheelchair he is still our, "Johnny on the Spot, Jack of all trades" He makes sure all the needs are taken care of. David loves the church and I would consider him as a true "Deacon"

David makes sure that all the saints of Friendship Apostolic Church are provided for. David is the most generous individual I've had the pleasure to pastor. He loves the ministry and David would literally give "the shirt off his back" if he felt you needed help. He is a preachers friend and deserves the highest compliment that can be paid.

David makes my work light at Friendship Church. he won't let me cut the grass at my home, or perform any laborious task. He says, "Elder, that's my job and I want to do it for you." He makes sure the churches maintenance is performed. He is truly my "Right Arm." Like a preacher, David is on call 24 hours a day, and I can depend on him to be there when I call.

I want to say, "thank you David, you are my Armor Bearer."
